We collect a card when you sign up, and at the end of the 14 days the subscription begins automatically at $9/month or $72/year depending on the billing period you chose, renewing at that price until you cancel. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged — it takes two clicks in Settings → Subscription. Analyses are charged separately, and always show you the price before you confirm.

Your manuscripts remain your property, and we never sell them or use them to train AI models. Files are encrypted in transit, and encrypted at rest by our database and storage providers. To run an analysis, your manuscript text is processed by Anthropic's Claude API, whose commercial terms expressly prohibit training on customer content, and by the compute infrastructure that runs the analysis, which is bound by confidentiality obligations. That is the only purpose it is ever shared for, and our Subprocessors page lists every provider involved, what each receives, and where it is located.
