- Vercel: Provides hosting and infrastructure services for our platform.
- Neon: Provides database services for storing your account and project data.
- OpenAI: Provides AI analysis capabilities. When you upload a manuscript for analysis, we send the text content to OpenAI for processing. Important: OpenAI processes this data solely for the purpose of providing analysis results and does not store or retain your content after processing is complete.
- LemonSqueezy: Processes payments and manages subscriptions on our behalf.
- Cloudinary: Provides media storage and management services for images, including project thumbnails and cover art.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
4.3 Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
